Vicente Soriano to become Chief Technology Officer at primion group

He will head up the newly established Research and Development Division, which also includes Product Management. By establishing this new division at an Executive Board level, the Supervisory Board is recognising the great importance that this area of responsibility has for the future of the primion group. Currently, Vicente Soriano is the Business Unit Manager of the Spanish subsidiary primion Digitek S.L. He will fulfil his new job as CTO in parallel to this. Through his present job, he is already very familiar with the current primion product portfolio, which means he will be able to take on his new tasks very quickly and make an important contribution to the future of the primion group. Vicente Soriano studied engineering and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Spain. Before joining the primion group, he has held senior managerial positions at both General Electric and Agfa as well as at other SMBs in Spain. The Supervisory Board is convinced that with his professional expertise and his longstanding experience, Vicente Soriano is an excellent choice to head up the Research and Development division of primion Technology AG and that he will prove to be a successful leader of this division.
