Health ministry of the Russian Federation has reached an agreement with the European Union (EU) on the issue of mutual recognition of clinical research, said the head of department Golikova.
The chairman of the Duma Committee of Health, Olga Borzova, announced at the committee meeting on the 7th of October 2011 that:
– In 2012 the budget scope of the federal health budget will amount up to 551.1 billion Rubles.
– This is nearly 50 billion Rubles more than in the current year (503.7 Billion Rubles)
During the meeting, participants also discussed the draft law "On the Federal Budget for 2012 and for the planning period 2013 and 2014".
In Kazakhstan, the birth rate increased by 25% in 2010. This was announced by the Minister of Health Salidat Kairbekova in Astana at the International Congress "Innovative Technologies – Progress in Medicine". The congress was also the place where the 10th anniversary of "National Research Medical Centre" was celebrated.
